When and where is the Summer Show?

Wednesday, February 7 – Thursday, February 8, 2024, Halls A-E of Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, UT. Registration will open in the fall.

Where is the show located?

Salt Palace Convention Center, Halls A – E.

When does registration open?

  • Registration: February 6 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Registration: February 7 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Registration: February 8 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Will there be show trainings?

KeHE CONNECT® Show Training is available for exhibitors on Tuesday, February 6 at 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Salt Palace Convention Center. Training sessions begin every hour on the hour.

Additional show training videos are available on the iPad. Show “refs” will be walking around in referee jerseys to help during show hours.

What time is Exhibitor Set Up and New Product Showcase Set Up?

Exhibitor set up begins Tuesday, February 6 and must be complete before the show floor opens on February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Please note, New Product Showcases displays must be placed during set up hours, the showcase will remain locked until the show closes.

  • February 6 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • February 7 from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Exhibitor tear down hours are as follows:

  • February 8 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Will there be security to watch the items in my booth overnight?

Exhibitor is solely responsible for all materials and property of Exhibitor and Exhibitor Parties. Exhibitor should insure its property against loss or theft. Exhibitors are advised to take individual precautionary measures such as packing away items and securing portable articles of value or removing such articles to a place of safekeeping and/ or covering them at night as an extra precaution after the exhibit hours. KeHE Show Management will provide 24-hour perimeter security from the start of set-up through the end of dismantling.

What are the show floor hours?

  • February 7 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • February 8 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The virtual show on the KeHE CONNECT® platform is open 24/7 from February 1-15, 2024.

Do I need an iPad for show ordering?

A limited number of iPads are available, so it’s best to bring your own ordering device.

Is there internet access on the show floor?

Yes!  There will be free WiFi service on the show floor. Simply connect your device to one of the “KeHEguest” networks. If you do not see the KeHEguest network on your device, please visit the common spaces outside of the Exhibit Hall for other free WiFi network options.

Will there be electricity at my booth?

KeHE is now including 5 amps of electricity at the back center of the booth space in each exhibitor’s booth package!

By including electricity in each booth, KeHE is able to pass on +25% savings on electricity for all exhibitors. Bringing your device is easier than ever before now that you can charge your device in your booth!

Where can I get Lead Retrieval?

Increase your lead efficiency by utilizing Streampoint’s Lead Retrieval solutions. Lead Retrieval will be available for purchasing starting in early November 2023.

As an Exhibitor, where can I find all my forms and deadlines?

A link to the Exhibitor Hub will be available during Registration in November 2023.

Is there an age policy?

The KeHE Summer Show is a B2B trade event for ages 21 and older. No one under 21 is permitted on the Show floor regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This restriction applies to all children, including infants.

What should I wear?

​​​​​​​The suggested attire for all KeHE Shows is business casual; jeans are acceptable. Pro Tip: bring comfortable shoes!
