The purpose behind the pallets we pack.

KeHE Cares Employee Serving in Honduras

Our culture of service was initiated by our founders, Art and Jerry Kehe, and lives in their legacy as we approach seven decades of history. Our employees have a passion for serving their retailer partners, suppliers, and communities at large. KeHE works to ensure that each employee and partner is treated with Dignity and Respect.

How it works: The KeHE Cares® Foundation (“KeHE Cares”) puts our employee-owners to work through volunteer opportunities in the U.S. and abroad. We serve in local soup kitchens, create healthy meal kits for the hungry, build and repair homes, collect relief supplies and much more.

A percentage of our profits is contributed annually to the foundation, run by our KeHE Cares® Employee Outreach Committee made up of people from a variety of departments within the company. KeHE Cares supports organizations where our employee-owners are directly involved and committed to serving others in donating their time and talents for the betterment of those in need.

Our goal is to help the people we serve in moving them from dependence to dignity, while at the same time moving our people from a mindset of mere success and toward greater significance.

At KeHE, we’re dedicated to service.
