• Price change deadline – 4/24/2026
• Partnership deadline – 5/1/2026
• IX ONE Images deadline – 5/5/2026
• Exhibitor Webinar – 5/6/2026
• Registration & Housing deadline – 5/6/2026

DEDUCTIONS & INVOICES: Show invoices are sent to the show main contact who signed the contract with instructions to forward to internal partners. Please reach out to them for the deduction backup information.

Application deadline is June 17.

KEY SHOW CHANGES

• We’ve opened sign-ups early so you can save the date, plan ahead, and budget effectively for an event that delivers high ROI with minimal costs!
• April has been added to the promotional period, giving you four extra weeks to ship, sell, and promote your products.
• In response to feedback from retailers and the KeHE Sales team, we’ve moved the show from September to August to better align with market needs.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Sign up by June 17
• Submit Show-Only Deals by June 26
• PITCH SLAM APPLICANTS: KeHE will notify you of acceptance or denial by August 11
• Email Assets due by July 15
• Virtual Show opens in KeHE CONNECT August 17
• Virtual Pitch Slam will take place on August 21
• Show closes in KeHE CONNECT September 4
