Deb Conklin joined KeHE as President & CEO on April 1, 2023, after serving as a board member for KeHE. She is known for her visionary approach, and has a history of driving operational improvement, customer service, and building important trade relationships.

Timothy J. Wiggins Chief Financial Officer More
He’s our Chief Financial Officer, and he knows finance affects more than just a spreadsheet.
Timothy J. Wiggins is devoted to developing strategic financial solutions bolstered by a belief in excellent communication, team-building and leadership.
Tim joined KeHE in 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for leading all aspects of KeHE’s finance function, including accounting, financial planning, legal, treasury, internal audit, finance shared services, and process improvement. Tim has operational responsibility and is a member of the Board of Directors of Tree of Life Canada.
Since joining KeHE, Tim has rebuilt the finance team by balancing deep experience with promotions and new hires. Early focus on working capital efficiency has resulted in a reduction of 3 days in the working capital metric. These improvements helped increase average daily liquidity by over $40 million. Tim also worked with the sales and operations teams to redesign the weekly and monthly operating reports and cadence.
Prior to joining KeHE, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DeVry Education Group, now Adtalem Global Education. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tellabs and Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V.
Wiggins began his career in 1979 with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, an international accounting and consulting firm and predecessor to Deloitte & Touche. He has also held various leadership and management positions including Chief Executive Officer of Autodie Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Fruehauf Trailer Corporation.
Tim graduated in 1979 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Positioned between the supplier, the customer, and our internal team, Geoff and his team must ensure that we have what our customers want, when and where they want it, across KeHE’s 18 North American Distribution Centers. Developing the best people, processes, and technology are core to our world-class supply chain supporting the dynamic and ever-changing needs of today’s consumer.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Rebecca Tann plays a pivotal role in driving integration and alignment across all the company’s revenue-generating functions. She leads a broad portfolio that includes the Sales and Business Development functions. Tann brings deep expertise in sales transformation, revenue management, and product innovation that will help continue to grow KeHE’s Commercial Sales and Sales Operations teams. Tann has consistently fueled brand and business evolution, enabling rapid revenue growth and strategic market expansion.

With over 30 years of food industry experience, Kirtland passionately ignites innovation through her team, based out of Boulder, Colorado — the epicenter for food innovation.

As Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer, Scott Weber is responsible for leading the merchandising, marketing, and brand strategies that enhance and strengthen KeHE partnerships. As a strategic business partner to suppliers, customers, and internal teams, Weber ensures KeHE’s value proposition continues to evolve and grow in an ever-changing marketplace.
Scott is a results-driven executive with a proven track record of business transformation that delivers revenue, market share, and earnings expansion. Weber has been with KeHE for over 18 years and has held leadership roles in Sales, Operations, Supplier Management, and Merchandising.
