KeHE Unwrapped: Rachelle Radcliffe
At KeHE®, we’re proud to celebrate team members whose leadership, commitment, and passion help strengthen both our business and our supplier community. This month, we’re excited to feature Rachelle Radcliffe, Director of Supplier Experience, who supports our Merchandising team remotely.
With 15 years at KeHE, Rachelle’s journey reflects growth through curiosity, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of “better-for-you” food. From starting as an analyst to building strategy and leading within Merchandising, her career is a testament to saying yes to opportunity and investing in people along the way.
Q: What is your current position, and which KeHE location do you work at?
A: I’m currently the Director of Supplier Experience under Merchandising. My role is remote.
Q: How long have you been with KeHE, and what inspired you to join the company? What was your first impression?
A: I’ve been with KeHE for 15 years. Prior to joining, I worked for a large CPG company and was ready for a change. An acquaintance at KeHE spoke highly of the organization, and when I learned about a new role created after an acquisition the prior year, I was immediately interested.
What inspired me most was the culture, the cross-collaboration, and the passion for expanding access to better-for-you food options nationwide. From the beginning, it felt like a place where people cared deeply about both the mission and each other.
Q: How has your role evolved during your time at KeHE, and what lessons have you learned along the way?
A: I began my journey as an analyst and moved through several roles before spending the last 10 years within the Merchandising team.
Along the way, I’ve learned how powerful knowledge can be and how important it is to say yes to new opportunities. One of the biggest lessons has been recognizing how critical it is to invest in your team’s development. When you help others succeed, the entire organization grows stronger.
Q: Can you share a standout memory or experience at KeHE that holds special meaning for you?
A: My serving trip to Honduras stands out as one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. I had the opportunity to work alongside an incredible team of KeHE employees while helping families in need.
The experience was humbling and eye-opening. It was a powerful reminder of the impact we can have beyond our day-to-day roles and why KeHE’s mission matters so much.
Q: What opportunities have helped you grow personally and professionally during your time at KeHE?
A: Leadership roles, collaborative projects, and hands-on training opportunities have all contributed to my growth.
Leading group initiatives strengthened my decision-making and accountability. Working cross-functionally improved my communication and problem-solving skills. Taking on new challenges consistently pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me develop new capabilities.
Q: What changes at KeHE have made the biggest impact on you, your work, or the company culture?
A: The company’s growth and constant evolution have had the biggest impact on my experience. That growth has allowed me to learn new areas of the business and build out a new team and strategy that positively impacts both the organization and our supplier partners.
Being part of that evolution has been both energizing and rewarding.
Q: How have your colleagues and the KeHE community shaped your experience?
A: The employees at KeHE are exceptional — supportive, helpful, and genuinely invested in the success of our company and our supplier community.
Our supplier partners are just as remarkable. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch an emerging brand, with an amazing product line and story, find success within the KeHE network. Seeing that growth firsthand is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role.
