As far back as anyone can remember, we have been farmers. And we practice the same craft we were born into – making pure maple syrup. Today, many larger maple syrup companies package and market maple syrup but have little connection with the day-to-day farming work it takes to harvest it. For us, maintaining that connection between farm and food is essential.

As we have grown, we have worked hard to bring our neighbor farmers along, too. We source maple from over 3,000 small New England family farms. By purchasing their syrup and bringing it to market, we help independent small farmers and the rural farming communities that depend on them thrive, helping to keep this important lifestyle for future generations.
