Just south of the Oregon border lies Del Norte County – where the redwoods meet the sea along California’s rugged coastline. Since we purchased our farmland here in 1992, our farm has evolved in ways we could hardly imagine, and today we are proud to work alongside our children together as a family. Grass-pastured dairying is our PASSION. It is our MISSION to farm in harmony with nature, honoring the Earth and all the creatures under our stewardship to make the most delicious, nutrient-rich eggs and dairy products.
We offer easy-to-digest A2/A2 organic dairy products to households all across the nation. “A2” refers to the type of beta-casein protein in our milk – the same type found in breast milk, making it easier to digest compared to other cow’s milk. Our products allow people to return to cow’s milk and enjoy the benefits of REAL dairy again. Our cows and hens enjoy life on pastures that are green 365 days of the year, a result of our certified regenerative farming practices. Over the years, our regenerative farming practices have yielded higher and higher rates of organic matter in our soil. That organic matter translates to healthier pastures, animals, milk, and ultimately, healthier customers. The nutrient density of our products has recently been tested by the Edacious Food Lab. Through monthly sampling over a year, Edacious analyzed 60+ nutrient markers, including conjugated linoleic acid, protein quality, and key micronutrients. The data suggests connections between our regenerative practices, year-round green grasses, and nutritional outcomes.
