March 12, 2020: KeHE is evaluating precautionary actions related to the COVID-19, “Coronavirus”, outbreak through recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local public health authorities to ensure minimal impact to our suppliers, customers, and employees, as it relates to the 2020 KeHE Holiday Show. The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority.
Our assessment as of today:
The 2020 KeHE Holiday Show is proceeding as planned for June 17-18 and continues to be on track to be another successful event.
While we are continuing in our show preparations, we recognize that changes to safety occur daily. As such, we have extended the deadline for booth payments to Friday, March 20, 2020. Additionally, we will be moving Space Selection toApril 16-17.
Our current cancellation policy in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations states that notice must be received by Friday, April 3, 2020. Cancellation must be performed in writing by email to Events@KeHE.com. We are extending the cancellation deadline to Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at which point we plan to communicate a final decision regarding if we will proceed or cancel the show.
In the case that the 2020 KeHE Holiday Show is canceled, booth and sponsorship fees will be refunded to suppliers. Also, we are working on a show contingency plan to support your business. More to come.
