Q: What inspired you to join KeHE, and what was your first impression of the company?

A: I joined Tree of Life because I wanted to continue my CPG career in a data-driven role. When KeHE acquired Tree of Life, I was impressed with their leadership in the Natural & Specialty food industry. My first impression was that KeHE as a company had a true passion for making a difference by bringing unique and healthy products to market.

Q: How has your role evolved during your time at KeHE, and what lessons have you learned along the way?

A: My role has grown from focusing on specific accounts and tasks to taking on broader initiatives in Merchandising Analytics. I’ve stepped into more strategic responsibilities, working with different teams to deliver insights that help drive important decisions. I’ve learned how important it is to build a strong team, encourage collaboration, and create an environment where everyone feels supported and confident in what they do.

Q: Can you share a standout memory or experience at KeHE that holds a special meaning for you?

A: There have been so many memories and experiences in my two decades here, but a standout experience was being given the opportunity to learn about the power of data and how to use it effectively from Matt Bennett. His guidance and mentorship had a significant impact on my career and shaped how I approach analytics and decision-making. It’s an experience that I’m truly grateful for.

Q: What opportunities have helped you grow personally and professionally during your time at KeHE?

A: KeHE has given me opportunities to work on cross-functional and complex projects, which have been pivotal in developing my skills in analytics and strategic thinking. I’ve grown by learning to adapt to change, build strong relationships, and take on leadership responsibilities, which have all helped me become more confident and effective in my role.

Q: What changes at KeHE have made the biggest impact on you, your work, or the company culture?

A: One of the biggest changes I’ve seen at KeHE is how much our data tools and technology have evolved. With more advanced tools, we can dig deeper into the data, make smarter decisions, and get things done more efficiently. It’s not just changed how I work—it’s also shifted the company culture, making us more focused on being data-driven, which has been really exciting to be a part of.

Q: How have your colleagues and the KeHE community shaped your experience?

A: Working with such a talented group of people has really pushed me to grow. The sense of community at KeHE makes it a place where I genuinely feel supported, appreciated, and connected.
